Are you passionate about inclusive programming and nonprofit development? Do you want to make a difference in your community? We're seeking dedicated individuals from Hancock, Allen, Wood, and Putnam counties to join our cause. No previous board experience required – just a heart for growth and positive change!

Board meetings are held monthly on the first Thursday at 6 PM.

Be informed about the mission of the organization, its services, policies and programs.
Attend 12 board meetings per year. Should you be unable to attend a meeting, you will, if needed, be available for telephone consultation
Meetings are currently held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6pm-7:30pm
Serve on at least one board committee
Support the fundraising initiatives of the organization.
An annual financial contribution to the organization. This may be given as a one-time donation each year or in mutually agreed to installments during the course of the year. You may personally donate $500+ per year or secure a donation of at least $500+ per year.
Actively participate in one or more fundraising activities. This may include individual and/or special event solicitation or direct mail appeals. Golf Outing in Summer, Art auction in Fall, any other fundraiser initiated by the board.
Providing or procuring in-kind services to benefit the organization (optional)
Promote the organization regularly with business associates, friends, family, etc. through referrals and donor prospects.
Suggest potential nominees to the Board Development Committee who can make significant contributions to the work of the board and the organization
Serve a minimum of one (1) term of three (3) years. No more than 3 terms (9 years).
